This is the entry level job. Provide 24/7 Operation Support in Real Time Drilling Operations while working on rotating shift pattern, Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by end users in real time within set SLA.

 

 

 

 

 

          

 

 

 

 

Qualification:

Minimum 2-4 years related experience BE/ B. Tech.: Petroleum, BSc. & MSc. Geology Proactive monitor Real time Drilling operations with confidential working environment across the globe using web-based application. QA/QC of Drilling data in Real Time including data from Mud logging, MWD/LWD. Report data discrepancy and assist in resolution. Provide Primary level Telephonic and remote support to application end users. Completion of all required training per given timelines.
