Digital Operations Associate

 

 

The Digital Operations Associate supports the Marketing organization within the RRP department, helping to build modern digital consumer experiences and consistent online operations. The role contributes to planning, coordinating, and delivering digital projects across Turkey and affiliated countries. It blends operational support, project management, and technical understanding to manage digital assets, implement new tools, improve existing processes, and assist in developing web-based and internal tools. The Associate helps ensure a unified view of demand across the omnichannel ecosystem and supports markets with live optimization by leveraging data and insights to prioritize initiatives and deliver key commercial and brand activities. 

 

This position is based in Izmir and reports to the RRP Digital Manager.

 

 

Position: 

 

Digital Operations Associate will be responsible for the following process: 

 

Digital Experience Delivery: Support digital delivery activities within the Digital Operations and Data Governance scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver projects aligned to brand and digital agendas and global/regional roadmaps. Assist with resource allocation, timeline tracking, and alignment with business objectives. 

 

Operational Excellence & Product Management: Contribute to operational planning, deployment, and day-to-day implementation for smooth delivery within timeline and budget. Help engage cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive defined initiatives and identify improvements to ways of working.

 

Digital Market Support: Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and define improvement areas for live markets, leveraging the Commercial Engine framework and KPI-based tools. Partner with the Digital Consumer Experience team to translate market pain points into action plans and track execution.

 

Performance Orientation: Support in-market digital activation with a performance mindset. Provide proactive feedback across content, technology, and strategy to improve design and delivery of digital consumer experiences.

 

Stakeholder & Agency Management: Help embed clear ways of working across multiple teams and support agile practices. Contribute to identifying and mitigating execution risks, managing dependencies, and maintaining stakeholder communications. Foster collaborative relationships globally and locally.

 

 

Requirements: 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top university. Master’s degree is a plus. 3+ years in e-commerce or digital projects with hands-on project management and process improvement exposure. Experience supporting deployments on global platforms and contributing to localized digital strategies and programs. Strong understanding of the omnichannel ecosystem and how offline/online touchpoints integrate to deliver superior consumer experience and business outcomes. Exposure to MarTech tools; ability to assist development, delivery, operations, and optimization of omnichannel products such as e-commerce websites, apps, and internal tools. Analytical mindset; familiarity with metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks. Digitally savvy, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Excellent English skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Understanding of marketing technology and tools. Stakeholder and agency coordination; cross-functional communication. Ability to design workflows and support localization of global tools. Data management, analysis, and interpretation; planning digital consumer touchpoints. Close collaboration with IT for project coordination. Coordinate closely with both Turkish and global teams; manage internal and external parties with strong soft skills. Manage digital assets effectively; research independently and continuously develop expertise. Implement new tools and enhance existing processes; contribute to web-based and internal tool development. Create workflows and support localization of global tools with a market-centric view; eager to participate in digital transformation projects. Offer tangible digital contributions to the markets served.
