What this job involves - The Relocation Project Manager Lead at JLL is responsible for leading the relocation projects for the Google Bay Area account. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Relocation Project Manager Lead will play a critical role in overseeing project planning, execution, and coordination to ensure successful and smooth relocations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the relocation projects for the Google Bay Area account, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and coordination.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their relocation needs, goals, and objectives.

Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to deliver successful relocation projects.

Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project management standards.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.

Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, taking necessary actions to address any issues or risks.

Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align relocation activities with client requirements and operational goals.

Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the relocation process.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and JLL's policies and procedures.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in relocation management.

Verify accuracy and integrity of relocation-related data and documentation, ensuring appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or project management certification is preferred.

Proven experience in project management, specifically in relocation projects or complex moves.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive and oversee successful project outcomes.

Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

165,000.00 – 217,040.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
