IT Qualification and/or relevant RPA Certification

2+ years’ experience in:

Experience and/or Certification in preferably Automation Anywhere RPA software or Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate and UI Path Proven experience in RPA development with tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. Strong proficiency in .net, SQL, or JavaScript (preferred). Understanding of process automation, workflow design, and machine learning integration. Strong understanding of system integrations and API development—experience with designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API connections within RPA workflows. Knowledge of JSON, XML, and web services to enable seamless communication between bots and external applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. Create & Update technical documentation. Process modeling experience using MS Visio or any other tools with a solid understanding of workflow-based logic. Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions. Database configuration, writing SQL queries and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption of automated processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
