Your Tasks + Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools; + Collaborate with global HR and Finance teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes; + Build, test, and maintain automation workflows and bots to ensure efficiency and accuracy; + Document processes, technical specifications, and best practices; + Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the automation roadmap. Your Profile + Student at Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; + Proficiency in English; + Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python); + Hands-on experience with UiPath or equivalent platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism is required; + Experience in RPA development, knowledge of SAP Intelligent RPA and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors can be an advantage; + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; + Familiarity with process analysis and optimization; + Eager to work on global projects that have a real business impact; + Curious, proactive and passionate about the automation and digital transformation.
