Job DescriptionResponsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems to enhance business process efficiencyinvestigates, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.Evaluates automation potential of business processesConducts coding within RPA tools (e.g. Automation, Catalytics, etc.)Conducts User Acceptance testsMonitors and maintains running BOTsCollaborates with other RPA experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practiceWork together with different organizational areas on process designsSupports Project Manager / RPA Lead in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationshipsShare experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business or related courseMinimum 2 years’ experience in the RPA environment, especially in regards to process design, coding and project managementExperience in the following tools are mandatory: RPA Tools, Automation Anywhere, PowershellExperience in the following tools are nice to have: Catalytics, Blue Prism, Python, C#, Java, Javascript, R, VBA, SQL serverKnowledge in Chatbot or PowerBIStrong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills.Potential to develop further into a management and leadership roleStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBe a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethicComfortable in an international working environmentAmenable to work onsite during the probationary period
