Position:RPA Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a key role in driving the automation strategy, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

RPA Development:Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms (UiPath and Power Automate) and the ability to learn new tools.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation opportunities.Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of RPA developers.Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for RPA development.Process Assessment and Automation Feasibility:Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.Work closely with business units to prioritize processes for automation based on impact and complexity.Bot Maintenance and Support:Implement enhancements and optimizations to create, deploy, and improve bot performance.Quality Assurance:Conduct testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Implement and maintain version control for RPA codebase.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.Training and Mentoring:Provide training and mentorship to junior RPA developers.Foster a culture of continuous learning within the RPA development team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation development.Proven expertise in at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath).Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, or Java.Database very good knowledge (SQL or NoSQL)Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Any relevant certifications in RPA platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience with integrations to external systems and APIs.Experience in integration with KafkaKnowledge of machine learning and cognitive automation.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
