Job Duties:

Design,development,automation and support for the projectsPrimary duties include business process analysis,requirements elicitation,developing process workflow,test plans and test schedules according to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.Perform feasibility analysis to re-engineer existing processesProject management tasks like resource planning and providing technical insights.Design solution design documents, technical design documents, Visio workflows and assisting business analysts in the completion of process definition document.Automating the processes which deals with financial transactions, account creation and complaint escalations.Technical Skills include OCR,SQL database connectivity for data pulling,Robotic Process automation,Java scripting,VBA and other automation tools with updated technologies.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
