However, be aware that English, ABENDI, university degree and 4 years of experience is desirable but not an obligation.
We can also consider Junior professionals (around 2 years of experience), must need a Technical degree, CBSP and THUET valid. For good and experienced professionals we can consider people from out of Rio de Janeiro state.

The salary will vary from around 4000 to 8000 + 100% of offshore aditionals depending on time in the position, university degree, conversational English and ABENDI certifications (EV, ME, PE). So, if you could inform the candidate´s current and expected salary, those criteria (time of experience, english, Abendi, university degree) and their motivation I can approve or not the resume to be interviewed.
