Routing and Switching - Network Engineering Specialist Advisor

We are currently seeking a Routing and Switching - Network Engineering Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Primary Skillset:- Avaya Voice. Responsibilities: - Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure Avaya systems, including Avaya Aura, Avaya Communication Manager, and related gateways. - Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Avaya voice systems, including SIP and H.323 protocols. - System Upgrades: Manage upgrades and patches for Avaya systems to ensure optimal performance. - Network Integration: Work with networking teams to integrate Avaya voice solutions with enterprise networks. - User Support: Assist users with voice-related issues, including call routing, voicemail, and conferencing. - Documentation: Maintain records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and system changes. - Collaboration: Work with vendors and IT teams to implement new voice solutions. Requirements: - Experience: 9+ years working with Avaya voice systems. - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Avaya servers (S8300, S8500, S8700, etc.), Avaya Session Manager (SM), and System Manager (SMGR). - Protocols Knowledge: Understanding of VoIP, SIP, H.323, and PSTN concepts. - Certifications: Avaya ACA, ACS, or ACE certifications preferred. - Additional Skills: Experience with Avaya Breeze, Avaya Contact Center, and Cisco IPT is a plus. Secondary Skillset:- Network Routing and Switching (Cisco/Aruba), Wireless (cisco/Aruba) Performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, system integration for LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations Create & update the technology components of standard operating procedures Plans, designs, and implements networked systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating with vendors for installation of such items as routers, switches, Wireless (Cisco & Aruba). Strong communication skills - Solid documentation experience with Microsoft® Visio, Word, and Excel - Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete - Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff - Must possess strong technical account management skills and have excellent troubleshooting skills. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
