**Job Description** Meadow Gold Dairy has an immediate job opening for fast paced and motivated **Route Settlement Clerk** at our Dairy Plant in Salt Lake City, UT Meadow Gold Dairy is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. DFA/Meadow Gold manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Prepare, Post and Reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets and invoices. + Audit and Reconciliation: Investigates over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets. + Ticket Control: Verifies tickets and load sheets against control sheet. + Handheld System: Checks information uploaded from Norand and corrects problems. + Monitors completeness of Route Settlement packages. + Other duties as needed or assigned. **COMPENSATION** + $20.50 Hourly **SCHEDULE:** Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00AM - 4:30PM **BENEFITS:** + 401K Company match + Paid time off + Team lunches once a month + Referral Bonus Program + Career growth opportunities – we promote from within! + Comprehensive healthcare benefits An Equal Opportunity Employer **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Experience preferred, but not required. + Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. + Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. + Able to lift items weighing no more than 25 pounds (file boxes) + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Must be able to pass drug test and background checks (including criminal). **Pay Range** 20.50
