**Job Title: Rough Carpenter**
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a high-level Carpenter specializing in custom building projects. You will play a crucial role in constructing the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs, using wood and other materials.
**Pay: $30-40/hour**
Responsibilities
+ Construct the structural framework of buildings using wood and other materials.
+ Perform framing, rough carpentry, and layout tasks including stair and framing layouts.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure construction projects meet quality standards.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in stick framing.
+ Proficiency in framing layouts and rough carpentry.
+ Access to personal basic hand tools and bags.
+ Possession of reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with a variety of construction and carpentry techniques.

Work Environment
Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, traveling from site to site mainly in the West metro area. Current projects are located in Chaska/Victoria with future plans in St. Paul and Minnetonka, ensuring a stable work environment through 2026.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
