As Rotating Components Manufacturing Engineer you will define projects with moderate up to high complexity. You will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities** + Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment + Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment + Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team + Work together with people from the business unit + Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions + Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements **Qualifications/ Requirements** + Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a relevant work experience + Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain + Knowledge of technical drawing + Proven analytical and organizational abilities + Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously + Effective problem identification and solution skills + Fluent Italian and English + Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required **Desired Characteristics** + Mechanical experience and/or background + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact **What we offer** **Smart working and work life-balance** Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
