Job Summary:
This follow-on role is 14 days on / 14 days off, offering the chance to be part of a supportive and welcoming household. The family are looking for someone warm, professional, and fully engaged in their baby’s development. You’ll be continuing the excellent work already in place — supporting routine, helping with weaning, and gently adjusting sleep habits if needed. A family-focused approach is key, and the parents would love someone who feels part of the household, joining in naturally while providing reassurance and long-term stability for both baby and family
Candidate Requirements:
Warm, friendly, and family-focused, with strong knowledge of baby milestones Engaging, interactive, and professional in approach Confident with routine and gentle weaning support Happy to work in a rota arrangement and committed to longer-term placement
