**What You Can Expect**
The ROSA Clinical Support Specialist & Field Support Engineer (FSE) provides account management for the
ROSA™ system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA™ on the clinical level, as well as provides technical service and service interventions for the ROSA® system. In addition, they would be responsible to help in investigations, troubleshooting, and lead key projects.
The ROSA Clinical Support Specialist also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA™ system. In addition, they would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on an account development and account management.
**How You'll Create Impact**
**ROSA Clinical Support**
• Subject matter expert for the ROSA™ robotic system and procedure expert in multidisciplinary fields such as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures, under the ZBEdge department. Also responsible for supporting and overseeing current and future advanced surgical and medical technologies, beyond robotics, that will be managed by ZBEdge.
• Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the on-boarding of the hospital team for switch from
conventional to robotic assisted procedures using ROSA™ system.
• Support ROSA™ robotics promotional and educational activities in the region of APAC, including on-site support at educational congresses internal facilities and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization and radiology on the ROSA™ robotic system.
• Together with Sales team, develop a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities.
• On-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation day.
• In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient- information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity
• During periodic ROSA™ program review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, support the sales team in providing relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals post-implementation.
• Connects with both the ZB Connect and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals.
• Supports advance technology upgrades
**Field Support**
• Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed ROSA™ systems following established processes
• Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
• Mentor and support new hires during training period.
• Support the ROSA classroom training, as needed.
• Serve as knowledge support for other FSE in the field

**Your Background**
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Physics and Medical Instrumentation, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device experience
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience
• Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred
• Prior experience with Orthopedic procedures preferred
• Ability to apply Project Management skills in an effort of advancing ROSA account development
• Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business need
**Travel Expectations**
