Do you have an eye for detail and work creatively and independently?

We are looking for you to manage our room service as Room Service Manager starting in the coming winter season 2025/2026.

Key Responsibilities\nManagement of the room service and banquet department\nManagement of a team of approximately 10 employees\nCoordination and operational implementation of room service activities\nEnsuring the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests\nManagement of personnel\nControl of orders\nEnsuring guest satisfaction\nCooperation with the kitchen and front desk\nMaintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards\nEnsuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards\nResponsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team\nCreating the monthly duty roster\nPlacing orders, conducting inventories, and closing daily accounts\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel\nAttention to detail \nExperience in leading a team\nKeen interest in team-oriented work\nResilience, professional competence, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality\nStructured and organized way of working\nGuest-oriented work and economic action\nEnglish and German are required, other languages, such as Italian, are an advantage\n
