Rooms Administrative Assistant - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Vietnamese Nationality only

To assist with the administrative tasks of the Director of Rooms, with strong communication to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.

MAIN DUTIES

Administration

Manage correspondence (emails, faxes, letters, reports).

Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents.

Organize office systems and filing (manual and electronic).

Assist with time attendance tracking and hotel management rosters.

Create purchase orders and online forms.

Schedule appointments and prepare meeting minutes.

Handle room reservations and guest correspondence.

Customer Service

Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Support proactive task management for smooth division operations.

Personnel

Assist with HR-related coordination and administrative tasks.

Other Duties

Collaborate flexibly with other hotel staff.

Adhere to hotel policies, especially regarding safety and hygiene.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements
3 years of experience in the same position
Pre-opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
