Rooms Administrative Assistant - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Vietnamese Nationality only
**Description:** To assist with the administrative tasks of the Director of Rooms, with strong communication to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department. **MAIN DUTIES** **Administration** Manage correspondence (emails, faxes, letters, reports). Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents. Organize office systems and filing (manual and electronic). Assist with time & attendance tracking and hotel management rosters. Create purchase orders and online forms. Schedule appointments and prepare meeting minutes. Handle room reservations and guest correspondence. **Customer Service** Provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently. Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues. Support proactive task management for smooth division operations. **Personnel** Assist with HR-related coordination and administrative tasks. **Other Duties** Collaborate flexibly with other hotel staff. Adhere to hotel policies, especially regarding safety and hygiene.
