As a Room Service Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure. 

What will I be doing?

Preparing ordersSetting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standardsDelivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient mannerEnsuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedureRecording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receiptCollecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beveragesChecking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beveragesCleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor
