Then we are looking for you for the coming winter season 2025/2026 as a Supervisor in Room Service!
Key ResponsibilitiesYour motto is to be a perfect and endearing host to every guest. Together with the entire service team, you will ensure the culinary experience of our guests in our Room Service Outlet.
Your main tasks include: \nCoordinating with Waiter/ Waitress & Minibar Attendant.\nResponsible for taking orders by phone and correct booking in POS communication to service and kitchen.\nactive explanation and sale of all food/drinks offered as well as offering alternatives.\nMonitoring of utilities, supplies and removal of waste.\nEnsuring that the workplace and its surroundings are always kept clean and organised.\nOrganising and carrying out preparation and follow-up tasks.\nDealing courteously and efficiently with guest enquiries and complaints and reporting to supervisor(s).\nCompetent use of the POS system to the level of training required in the department.\nSupport with stocktaking of products and work equipment.\nSupervision of service and taking over instructions for the team. \n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training in a comparable hotel and professional experience in upscale gastronomy\nSeveral years of experience in a similar position\nIn addition to your impeccable appearance and well-groomed appearance, you impress with your natural charm, communication skills and knowledge of human nature\nAbility to work under pressure, flexibility and very high quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nVery good knowledge of German and English; any other language is an advantage\n
