The Hilton Vancouver Washington is searching for a Room Service Server.
Come join our team at this amazing property, centrally located in the heart of Vancouver Washington with easy access to Portland International Airport.  Featuring 226 rooms, the hotel is within walking distance to the gorgeous waterfront as well as to local bustling attractions such as the Vancouver Farmers Market (directly across the street from the hotel), making us an excellent base for both leisure and business travel.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of full‑service restaurant experience, along with strong wine and beer knowledge. Cash‑handling experience is also highly preferred.

Shift Pattern:  Full availability (shifts typically start from 5:45 am and end time is 10 pm)
The hourly rate:  $17.13 + gratuity (based on applicable and specialized experience and location)

What will I be doing?
As a Room Service Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Set up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming ordersRetrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, retrieve food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting roomsServe meals to guests, collect guest trays and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPresent checks to guests and obtain paymentReturn payments/signed checks to order takerPerform order taker duties and answer room service telephone, as neededServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
