Job Requirements

You have excellent leadership, management and supervisory skills. Able to build a plan, SOPs, schedule team and have the team execute at the highest level to deliver repeatable and predictable performance at the 4.5 to 5 star level. Reporting to Managing Director with 30+ years in 5 star leadership with Ritz and Waldorf. All guest operations teams, RES, HK, FD, Conc, boats and Security will be reporting to you at the largest resort in Belize.

5+ years in Hilton Hotel executive team/management
