You’ll be the quality champion for our guest rooms, corridors, and service areas, ensuring everything meets the highest standards set by our hotel, Shaner, and our franchise partners. You’ll help keep things spotless, safe, and secure by following all house rules and procedures.
Love solving problems? You’ll handle guest concerns with care, making sure everyone leaves happy. Your attention to detail will set the bar for cleanliness, from daily touch-ups to special deep cleans.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk—jump in with housekeeping, laundry, or houseperson duties whenever help is needed. And when new challenges pop up, you’ll be ready to take them on.
