The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Bed makingRemoving rubbishReplenishing suppliesCleaning furniture and fittingsVisual checking of roomsAssist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests.Perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetable/schedulesAbout Hyatt
