Duties and responsibilities of the Room Attendant include:
Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.About you
