The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms to ensure an exceptional stay experience for guests.
Responsibilities:Cleans and services guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Replenishes guest amenities and room supplies according to hotel standards.
Ensures all guest rooms meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards before guest arrival.
Reports any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns found in guest rooms.
Handles cleaning products and equipment responsibly and safely.
Follows all hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Supports the housekeeping team with guest-room–related tasks when required.
Requirements:Previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping is an advantage.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient working style.
Fluency in English.
Friendly and positive personality with a strong team-player attitude.
Strong sense of cleanliness and understanding of guest expectations.
