A Lead Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing and responding to guest requests.

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lead Room Attendant will also be required to manage and respond to guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\nClean guest bedrooms and bathrooms \nVacuum rooms and corridors \nChange and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines \nUndertake regular deep cleaning tasks \nRestock and maintain trolley on daily basis \nBe environmentally aware \nDispose of waste accordingly \nAchieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner \nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation \nCarry out lost property procedures
