Rollouts Technical Program Manager
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of program/project management experience. + Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation. + Experience of building cross-platform Software development tools and frameworks. + Experience of rolling out new, innovative, enterprise technology and solutions. + Experience working with cross-functional teams and programs. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in stakeholder management. + Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to agreement with ambiguity. + Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and articulate tactical plans and strategy for projects. + Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for project delivery. + Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction. This will enable partnerships allowing Google innovation. + Develop, build, and evolve metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions. + Provide quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
