Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Rolling Stock Maintenance Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the personnel working within the Rolling Stock.

Job Description:

Management and supervision the Shift Leaders, Engineers, Technician and Workers, who are employed within the Rolling Stock as well as any temporary personnel within this section Responsible for the technically correct condition and the timely availability of the segments, which from part of the Rolling Stock Liaising between the various maintenance and operation departments to manage scheduled maintenance tasks Coordinating technical interfaces between the electronic, permanent way & facilities and Rolling Stock sections Responsible for appropriate actions in the event of incidents within the Rolling Stock section Providing the requirements for the recruitment of personnel in co-operation with the Human Resources department and suggests training programs for the staff Able to do analyses of the maintenance history for the related equipment and facilities Manage the reporting system; to ensure the availability of sufficient and suitable spares for his area of supervision Ensure the prompt availability of qualified personnel, appropriate tools, and necessary materials in the event of incidents. Manage the budget for materials, spare parts, and personnel utilized by the Services team. Take responsibility for the safety of subordinates and the proper use of equipment and tools.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field Professional experience, including at least 5 years in project management, preferably within the public transportation sector Solid computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software tools Strong analytical and investigative skills, with a good understanding of related principles and procedures Demonstrates a positive attitude, growth mindset, and effective leadership abilities Proficient in both Thai and English, with strong communication skills
