WORK DESCRIPTION

•                   TROUBLESHOOTING, ADJUSTMENT, MODIFICATION, REPAIRING, AND SERVICING AT PLANT

•                   OPERATE EQUIPMENT INSTALLED ON SITE INCLUDING SYSTEM CONTROL

•                   CHECK ANY LEAKAGE OF COMPONENT OR PIPE

•                   BACK WASH MMF/ACF

•                   TEST SDI ON REQUIRED PROCESS

•                   TAKE & TEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESS (COD, SS)

•                   CHANGE & CLEANING RO MEMBRANE

•                   CHANGE RESIN COLUMN WHEN NEEDED

•                   MONITOR ALL PH, ALL TANK LEVEL AND SYSTEM

•                   TOP UP CHEMICAL WHEN NEEDED.

•                   CHECK & REPLACE FILTER CARTRIDGE

•                   RECORD DAILY READING FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT/RODI SYSTEM

•                   CHECK THE PRESSURE OF THE PUMP, WATER TANK, AND INSTRUMENTATION.

•                   CHECK THE CHEMICAL LEVEL AND RECORD THE USAGE DAILY.

•                   ARRANGE AND TEST THE CHEMICAL, TOOL AND MATERIALS RECEIVE AT SITE.

•                   TO MAKE AND MODIFICATION THE PIPING AT PLANT.

•                   TO KEEP THE PLANT IN CLEAN AND SAFETY ENVIRONMENT.

•                   CONTROL AND MONITOR WASTEWATER & RODI SYSTEM.

•                  REPORT TO CLIENT AND ENGINEER IF ANY ISSUE APPEARED.
