We are seeking an experienced Rodbuster Foreman to lead and supervise reinforcing steel crews on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong technical knowledge of rebar installation, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate a crew of rodbusters on active job sitesRead, interpret, and enforce blueprints and project specificationsEnsure rebar is cut, bent, placed, and tied according to plansMaintain productivity and meet project deadlinesTrain and mentor crew members as neededEnforce safety standards and company policiesRequirements:Minimum [5 years] experience as a Rodbuster, with leadership/foreman experienceStrong knowledge of reinforcing steel installation methodsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsExcellent communication and team leadership skillsMust be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditionsHow to figure 8, Snap Tie, and Diamond Ability to read blueprints and follow instructionsComfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditionsMust be reliable, safety-focused, and a team playerAbility to lift and carry heavy materialsBenefits:
