Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** **Job** **Purpose** We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented RPAP Intern to join our Roche Patient Assistance Program (RPAP) team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the execution of RPAP and making a difference to patient’s lives. This role will be supporting the patient’s journey throughout the program while compliantly improving access of Roche products to patients in Malaysia. **Responsibilities** **and** **Accountabilities** Operational Excellence: + Assist in updating patient information and treatment cycles accurately into Roche electronic systems. + Review and tagging of supporting documents via various channels. + Generating acknowledgement letters for eligible patients + Review source documents for potential reports of adverse events and product complaints. + Support general administrative duties such as filing documents, distributing documents to hospitals, collection of signed forms from hospitals and other data management.
