**Robotics Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Robotics Technician on the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM. You will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting our advanced robotic systems. This position offers overtime opportunities, particularly on Saturdays, aligning with our operational needs. Pay is between $30-$37 an hour.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to 30-40 calls per shift, primarily involving component swaps for robotic welders.
+ Teach and reteach robots, ensuring optimal functionality.
+ Swap motors, often requiring teamwork due to their weight.
+ Troubleshoot and repair 480V to 120V motors, cylinders, and other components.
+ Move and realign shims, repair bushings and pins on fixtures.
+ Conduct Omron PLC troubleshooting to trace back issues and edit programs.
+ Update log books and pass down information to other shift technicians.
+ Collaborate in teams of 5-6 to manage a fast-paced work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in automation, robotics, and electrical systems.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and robotic teaching.
+ Knowledge of sensors, photoeyes, and PLC editing.
+ Expertise in industrial mechanical maintenance.
+ Ability to troubleshoot low voltage (12V-24V) systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Robotics programming experience.
+ Automotive manufacturing experience.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean and climate-controlled facility, equipped with over 200 robotic welders and fixtures, Keyence vision systems, and advanced technologies. The environment is fast-paced, requiring effective communication and teamwork to overcome occasional language barriers with operators.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Vandalia, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.
