Job Description
The Robot Technician will be responsible for the assembly of flexible circuitry to critical customer specifications through the use of tools, fixtures, bonding machines, and pneumatic presses/equipment both manually and robotically.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble critical circuitry and components through the use of robotics in a production environment.Troubleshoot robotic systems using knowledge of microprocessors, mechanics, or sensors to determine possible causes of operational problems or failures.Perform bench type processes to complete electrical assemblies.Complete Operator Process Control Checklist prior to using machinery to ensure machine criteria is met.Refine robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality.Assist engineers with the programming of robotic processes including vision systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting and electrical assembly.Experience with robotics and sensors.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in robotics and innovative technologies.Good knowledge regarding mechanics and electronics.Strong mathematical skills.Ability to communicate well with engineering and leadership.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role involves working regularly with critical electrical components in a controlled production environment. The work requires proximity to moving mechanical parts, and the employee must frequently navigate through manufacturing areas to access various supplies and resources.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.90 - $30.00/hr.
