As a CBRE Robotics Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic, mechanical, and robotic automation equipment and systems at our clients site.
**Your responsibilities:**
+ Install, repair, and test complex manufacturing systems to maintain process efficiency.
+ Review technical specifications and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance of mechatronic systems, modules, and components.
+ Troubleshoot, identify, and repair large equipment and systems to prevent problems and failures.
+ Work with machine operators to detect equipment problems, identify malfunctions, and verify system problems.
+ Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
+ Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**Your qualifications:**
+ Relevant technical education and 1-2 years of job-related experience.
+ Previous experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, material handling equipment, blueprints and schematics.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
