Robotic Press Brake Operator

Dayshift 6am – 2:30pm

$22–23/hr DOE

Are you a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented professional with experience operating robotic press brake systems? A local manufacturing facility is seeking a Robotic Press Brake Operator to join their team. This position involves setting up, programming, and operating robotic press brake machines to form sheet metal components in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts per engineering drawings and work orders Load, unload, and adjust robotic programs for optimal efficiency and quality Select proper tooling and verify machine parameters to meet specifications Inspect finished components using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Perform routine maintenance and ensure robotic equipment is in safe working condition Troubleshoot robotic press brake operations and coordinate with maintenance or engineering as needed Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all company safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)- 2+ years of experience operating press brake or robotic manufacturing equipment Knowledge of CNC/robotic programming and metal fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Familiarity with robotic automation controls and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Experience with robotic press brake brands such as Amada, Trumpf, or Bystronic (preferred) Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (preferred) Basic welding or fabrication skills (preferred)
