General Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct system-level integration testing for robotic platforms, covering perception, localization, navigation, control, and HMI modulesDevelop test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure reliable interaction between subsystemsBuild and maintain test environments; perform functional, performance, stability, and regression testingAnalyze test results, identify system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve themWork closely with R&D, product, and QA teams to promote test automation and continuous integrationDocument test reports and participate in release reviews and version controlStay updated with industry testing standards and continuously improve testing methodologies

Requirements:

Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields3+ years of experience in testing robotic or embedded systemsSolid understanding of robotic system architecture, including SLAM, navigation, and motion control fundamentalsProficient in Linux; familiar with ROS, Python, Shell scriptingExperience in designing and executing test plans and test casesStrong analytical and communication skillsExperience with automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
