Summary: Seeking a Robot Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and operational assistance for users of robotic technology in the sports industry.

Requirements:

Familiarity with the sports industry. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Foundational understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual in Spanish. Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer requests for support. Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to robot users. Maintain accurate support tickets and update customer records. Assist in analyzing data to improve support operations.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
