As a Roastery Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a multi craft team of Reserve coffee roasters within the manufacturing space of Chicago’s flagship Reserve Roastery. **As a Roasting Supervisor, you will…** • Lead the overall daily operations of a reserve roasting facility -From receiving green coffee, managing inventories, troubleshooting equipment, supporting roasting and being a liaison to the retail partners. • Ensure workplace safety of all roastery partners – Safety is your top responsibility. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
