This position is responsible for complex engineering design tasks as well as marketing, business development, and client contact. Skills and Requirements • B.S. or M.S. in Civil engineering from ABET accredited engineering program • 4-8 years of Design Engineering experience or 4-8 years of Project Manager experience • Must have proven skills in meeting DOT expectations, schedules and budgets TDOT experience is preferred but not required PE is preferred (Tennessee PE preferred) Experienced in DOT design methods, plan preparation, standards, and specifications Proficient with Open Roads Designer Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
