What you will do:  

 Participate in planning calls with internal teams and representatives to understand event goals and enhance the roadshow experienceSchedule and track presenter certifications to ensure readiness for each eventUpdate marketing materials on the sales portal to provide representatives with effective planning resourcesHelp optimize Smartsheet project management system to track and communicate event detailsDevelop a basic understanding of Daikin’s products and solutions to effectively support the roadshow initiative

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Sophomore currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management or CommunicationsExperience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN officeExperience in Photoshop or IllustratorExposure to project management platforms such as Smartsheet and/or marketing platforms such as Constant Contact

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $21/hr - $24/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
