Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Road Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Road Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making skills, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Road Logistics Coordinator

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints. Input phone/email orders and relevant data into the Transportation Management System (TMS). Interact with customers by phone or email to secure bookings and resources. Follow up to ensure all shipments are moving according to schedule and communicate any deviations. Handle difficult customer issues in a courteous and professional manner while soliciting feedback.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or higher level of education. Ability to make decisions and handle difficult situations with a sense of urgency. Strong multitasking skills and decisiveness in decision-making. Effective communication skills for customer interaction. Experience with transportation logistics is a plus but not required.
