Revenue Operations is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Technical Records Specialists 3—one in a full-time capacity and the other for a two-year term. These positions will play a key role in supporting the development of a newly established Application Processing team. This team will be instrumental in the implementation and administration of the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a foundational role in a high-impact program that supports families across Idaho. The positions are located at the Boise Office in the Chinden Campus, 11321 West Chinden Blvd, Building 2. Summary: Analyzes and assesses specialized and complex technical records issues in a lead role; determines relevant components for decision making and problem solving from a variety of sources; reviews legal documents; issues decision letters; performs related work. Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will support a small team responsible for reviewing and processing applications. Key responsibilities include: + Verifying applicant responses and supporting documentation + Monitoring internal systems for accuracy and efficiency + Drafting and maintaining standard operating procedures *Minimum Qualifications: + Some knowledge of supervisory practices. Experience: + records management; + interpreting, applying or explaining state or federal laws, rules, and policies; + researching and reviewing legal documents for compliance with laws and to identify and resolve complex issues (e.g. court orders, contracts, ownership, deeds, trusts, tax returns); + creating correspondence and documents using word processing software.
