Job Summary and Responsibilities

About This Position

Reports to the Director of Surgical Services. Responsibilities include assessment, planning,
intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients. Overall responsibility is for the nursing
care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including
supervision of OR Technicians. Directly assists surgeon intraoperatively, assists with patient positioning
and directing other surgical team members while practicing perioperative nursing.

Position Requirements:

2 years Perioperative Practice.California RN License.CNOR certification.Graduate of an accredited RN program.BLS certification - may be obtained within 30 days of hire date.ACLS - may be obtained within 30 days of hire date.BSN is preferred.Where You'll Work
