Employee has the willingness and ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities in different areas of the department on an as-needed basis or as determined by management.Maintains good attendance and punctuality.Consistently projects positive professional image through appearance and behavior.Completes all required intra-operative documentation, i.e., operative record, charge sheets, implant records, pathology slips, etc., per policy and procedure. Documents any unusual occurrence on an incident trending report.Assists with application to tourniquet.Assist with the positioning, prepping and draping of the patient or perform these independently.
