Lodi Hospital's East Wing is considered a med/surg unit that can be used for swing, rehab, observation and inpatient care. Caregivers in this unit wear multiple hats and are known for being a flexible, versatile and small team. As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional medical attention to patients. This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic's Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) + One-year of current acute care RN experience.
