Springtree Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a professional and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Desk Nurse to join our 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM weekend team. This role is vital in ensuring the continuity of high-quality care through clinical assessments, documentation, and exceptional communication — all while working from a centralized desk or nursing station.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments over the phone or in coordination with field staff.

Accurately document patient interactions, assessments, and communications in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Communicate effectively and professionally over the phone, providing clear and concise information.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care needs are addressed promptly.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Support clinical and administrative teams as needed from a desk-based nursing station.

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

Proven ability to document clearly, accurately, and efficiently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Commitment to providing top-tier customer service and patient care.

Must be reliable and available to work weekends only from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
