**Position: RN Unit Manager**

**What You’ll Do**
As the Nurse Manager, you'll have the power to make a positive impact and the responsibility to ensure our residents receive exceptional care that goes beyond their expectations. Your role involves leading and coordinating the healthcare team to meet all the diverse needs of our residents, including their social and emotional well-being. Join us in creating a warm and supportive environment for our residents!

**Required Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
+ Current RN license in the State of Connecticut
+ Recent experience in long-term care or acute care (preferred)
+ Current CPR certification
+ On-call rotation
