Unit Manager

Full-time, Day Shift

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Provide consistent, effective clinical oversight

Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and regulations.

Manage the skilled nursing unit.

As a member of the management team, ensure staff compliance with resident care.

Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Must have strong management skills

Must have prior nurse management experience

Must have an RN license.

Must have Long Term Care experience
