What You’ll Do: + Lead clinical activities and support nursing staff across all patient age groups. + Mentor and guide nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. + Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize staffing and patient care. + Manage emergency clinical situations and support staff development/competency assessments. + Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the principles of a Healing Environment.
